AI in Order is a service of Andriichuk OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to every purchase made through this website.
Services
We design and implement AI-based software systems for businesses: discovery and specification, configuration and integration of AI tools and business applications, training and ongoing support. Systems are built on software you license from its vendors (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You keep your own accounts and subscriptions and pay those vendors directly.
Intro call
The free fit call is an introduction: we get to know your business and check whether a project makes sense. It is not a paid service and creates no obligation for either side.
AI Stack Audit
The audit is the paid discovery phase of a project. It costs $497, paid in advance. If you find the written plan not useful, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we refund the fee in full. If you order setup within 60 days, the audit fee is credited toward it.
Setup and care plan
Setup is quoted as a fixed price after the audit and agreed in writing before work starts. The care plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Third-party tools
We don’t control third-party products. Their features, limits, prices and availability can change, and AI output can be wrong. You stay responsible for reviewing what your AI system sends or publishes on your behalf.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
